Petron Corporation has sealed an agreement with local partners on April 25 for the adoption of a 20-hectare mangrove site in Hagonoy, Davao del Sur, which the company will reforest and rehabilitate in the next five years. The agreement also covers the measurement and monitoring of the carbon capture generated through the adopted site in line with Petron’s commitment to protect the environment and its communities.
