BankCom x Petron Corporation (December 1-31, 2023)

Promo Mechanics:

1. The promo is open to all Principal Cardholders of Bank of Commerce Credit Card.
2. The promo period is from December 1 to 31, 2023.
3. The redemption period is until February 29, 2024.
4. Qualified Cardholders are entitled to FREE 1,000 Petron Value Card Points when they spend a minimum single or accumulated transaction/s worth Php20,000 using a BankCom Credit Card within the promo period.Valid spend will include the following posted transactions:a. Straight transactions
   b. Installment principal amount
   c. Online transactions
   d. Local and overseas transactionsNote: Balance Transfer, Convert to Installment, Cash Installment Plus, Cash Advance, Balance Convert, annual fees, will NOT be considered as valid spend. Transactions from these businesses are also NOT qualified for the promo: Casino/Gambling, Money Transfers, Wholesale/Distribution and Quasi Cash Financial Institution (e.g. but not limited to, Maya, GCash, GrabPay, etc)

5. Qualified Cardholders may claim up to two (2) sets of 1,000 Petron Value Card Points within the promo period.
6. Transactions used to redeem for this promo shall no longer be qualified for redemption with another promo.

Redemption Process:

1. Cardholder must have a Petron Value Card and fulfill the following requirements:a. The Petron Value Card must be registered under the Cardholder’s name
   b. The mobile number registered on the Petron Value Card is updated.To update this information, cardholder may contact Petron via email at Talk2Us@petron.com or hotline number at #PETRON (#738766).

2. Cardholder must call the BankCom Customer Service Hotline to request for the redemption.
3. BankCom will validate the request. If Cardholder is eligible for redemption, the points will be credited to the Cardholder’s Petron Value Card within 10-15 banking days.

Terms & Conditions

1. Cardholder may avail of the promo twice during the promo period. In case the Cardholder is found by Bank of Commerce to have made invalid or fraudulent redemptions, Bank of Commerce reserves the right to charge the prevailing cost of the Petron Value Card points to the cardholder’s BankCom Credit Card account or directly collect from the cardholder.
2. Cardholder will be charged the cost of the Petron Value Card points redeemed should the Cardholder cancel the qualifying purchase or transaction at a later date; or if the transaction is found to be fraudulent. Bank of Commerce reserves the right to charge the cost of the redeemed Petron Fuel Vouchers to their BankCom Credit Card.
3. In case of dispute in respect of but not limited to cardholder’s eligibility, coverage of dates, fulfillment etc, Bank of Commerce’s decision shall prevail. All questions or disputes regarding the cardholder’s eligibility for the promotion or for any redemption shall be resolved by Bank of Commerce with the concurrence of DTI.
