Petron x Okada Manila Promo (October 1 – December 31, 2023)

Promo Mechanics:

1. 1. The promo is open exclusively to all Petron Value Card and Petron Fleet Card holders.
   2. The offer is valid from October 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
   3. To qualify for the promo, you must be a Petron Value Cardholder and a Reward Circle member.
   4. To join Okada’s Reward Circle, Petron Value Cardholders can visit any Membership and Rewards Counter. The Reward Circle card is available for free. Just bring a valid government-issued ID and fill out a form to apply.
   5. Present your PVC and Reward Circle card at The Retreat Spa to avail the promo.
   6. Petron Value Cardholders and Reward Circle members can each bring an additional guest who will enjoy the same benefits.
   7. The promo includes the use of The Retreat Spa pool, spa lounge, locker, and wet area facilities (sauna, steam, hot pool & experience showers).

Terms and Conditions

1. The voucher is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of printing. The promo must be redeemed on or before the expiry date indicated in the voucher.
2. Vouchers are non-transferrable.
3. Any excess can be settled by usual acceptable payment modes (e.g., cash, credit card, loyalty points, digital wallet, OKash, etc.).

Excess includes:

1. Use of other facilities not included in the promo.
2. More than 1 guest per cardholder – only 1 guest per cardholder is free of charge to use facilities included in the promo.

4. Combining of vouchers is not allowed.
5. Senior Citizen and/or Persons with Disabilities (“PWD”) discount will not be allowed if using the voucher.
6. Any voucher that has been altered, copied, hand printed, forged, damaged, manipulated or tampered with in any way, or which contains any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered null and void, and will not be eligible for any use.
7. The voucher is not convertible to cash and not replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed.
8. Okada Manila reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. Vouchers can be redeemed every day of the week except on blackout dates identified by Okada Manila.
10. Redemption is subject to the specific terms and conditions, operating hours, and promotional offers of the outlet as applicable.
11. Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability at the discretion of Okada Manila.
