Promo Mechanics: 

1. The promo period is from September 16, 2024 (12:01AM) to December 24, 2024 (11:59PM).
2. All Petron Value Card (PVC) registered customers, residents of the Philippines, aged 18 or over at the time of the promo launch will be eligible to join the e-raffle promo.
3. PVC registered customers are those who have verified their mobile numbers and have received the SMS verification from the official Petron number.
   a. Newly registered PVC customers should wait for the card activation SMS before proceeding with a transaction to be eligible to join.
   b. Customers with incomplete PVC registration details (i.e., full name, mobile number, and complete mailing address) will not be eligible to join the promo.
   c. PVC holders may update their registration details to ensure promo eligibility by calling the Petron Value Card hotline at 8802-7777.
4. Winners get to choose between a motorcycle or 1 year gas worth Php 90,000 of Petron Value Card (PVC) points. There will be one (1) winner daily, bringing a total of 100 winners throughout the duration of the promo.
   a. All related expenses such as taxes (20% above Php. 10,000.00), registration, and insurance will be shouldered by Petron Corporation.
   b. Should the winner choose the motorcycle as his/her prize, actual claiming and awarding will take place at the nearest motorcycle branch store of Petron’s contracted supplier.
   c. Prizes are transferable (after it has been awarded to the winner). Prizes are not convertible to cash.
5. Promo is valid at select Petron service stations, Treats stores and Car Care Centers (CCC). Visit petron.com/latest-promotions for the complete list of participating outlets.
6. PVC registered customers will automatically earn one e-raffle entry for every Petron transaction (no minimum purchase required). An additional e-raffle entry will be given for every P200 worth spent in a single transaction (example: one (1) e-raffle entry for P100 worth of transaction, two (2) e-raffle entries for P200, three (3) e-raffle entries for P500). 7. Valid entries are single receipt transactions from September 16, 2024 (12:01 AM) to December 24, 2024 (11:59 PM) for the participating products and services below:
   
8. For fuel products, only retail transactions with fuel loaded to vehicle tanks are considered valid. Loading through containers, non-retail or purchase and bulk orders, fleet account transactions are not eligible for the promo.
9. Promo is valid for cash, Petron E-Fuel, credit card, PVC points redemption, and other valid cashless transactions only.
10. Promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other promos and discounts.
11. PVC customers will be notified with their earned e-raffle entries upon completion of eligible transactions.
    a. For customers who are not registered in the PVC mobile app, an SMS will be sent to their PVC registered mobile number within 48 hours of eligible transactions.
    b. For customers who are registered in the PVC mobile app, instead of an SMS, earned e-raffle entries will be reflected instantly on the PVC Mobile App by clicking the e-raffle tracker badge on the app dashboard.
    c. The PVC Mobile App must be updated to the latest version to track and reflect all earned e-raffle entries. Go to Google Play Store for Android or App Store for iOS to update to the latest app version.
    d. In case of PVC terminal downtime, PVC customers will still receive their e-raffle entry/ies once the system is back online.
12. There will be 15 weekly draws. The weekly raffle draw will take place every Friday at 10:00 AM starting September 20, 2024, with the supervision of a DTI representative. Eligible customers’ e-raffle entries from their transactions will be accumulated, and non-winning entries will still be included in the subsequent draws. 13. The verification of the weekly drawn entries will be administered through callouts, which will be done over a period of 3 consecutive working days, four (4) calls per day, following the draw date. Response from customers with drawn entries should be acknowledged within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered mail or it will be forfeited in favor of Petron with prior approval of DTI.
14. Drawn entries from customers with complete PVC registration will be required to email supporting documents to raffles@petron.com within 60 days upon call notification. These documents include photo of valid government-issued IDs and their Petron Value Card as proof of identity.
    a. The supporting documents must be emailed with subject header in this format: [Last Name] space [Given Name] (example: Garcia Joyce)
    b. Invalid, incomplete, or non-compliance on the submission requirements within 60 days from a successful call notification will be considered unverified and will be disqualified.
    c. Customers with incomplete PVC registration details (i.e., full name, mobile number, and complete mailing address) will be disqualified.
15. Submitted documents will be subject to final assessment before drawn entries are declared as official winners.
16. Winners can only win once during the entire promo duration.
17. The prize will be forfeited if the official notification was sent to the winner, and he/she did not respond or showed up for prize claiming within 60 days from the receipt of the registered mail. Any prize forfeiture shall be subject to prior approval of the DTI.
18. By participating in this Petron promo, all winners and participants grant Petron Corporation permission to use and disclose personal information and photographs in connection with the promotion for marketing purposes, and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, Petron website, or official Petron Corporation social media pages.
19. Petron reserves the right to refuse to award promo prize/s to transactions that are invalid and fraudulent such as, but not limited to, system glitch or collusion.
20. Employees of Petron Corporation, advertising agencies, and participating stations, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
