Approximately 62,500 endemic mangrove species (Avicennia sp.) will be planted in the area, fostering ecological balance, preserving biodiversity, and enriching the livelihood of the community. The Barangay Agustin Navarra Environmental Conservation Association (BANCECA) was selected as the program beneficiary.
This partnership promises not only to increase disaster resilience and environmental protection, but also to empower the people of Brgy. Agustin Navarra to take ownership of their natural surroundings.
